Are you ready to make a real difference in the lives of individuals within the Bowel Screening Wales (BSW) Programme? We are looking for compassionate and motivated women to join us as a Specialist Screening Practitioner with Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board in Pontyclun. In this rewarding role, you will be at the forefront of promoting, developing, and delivering essential bowel health services, ensuring the highest standards of care for our participants.

Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, attending endoscopy lists, and providing vital support throughout the screening process. You will be the first point of contact for participants who have received a positive faecal occult blood test, offering specialist advice and consistent support every step of the way. By working across multiple sites—Royal Glamorgan Hospital, Prince Charles Hospital, and Princess of Wales Hospital—you’ll play a key role in a multidisciplinary team, dedicated to providing evidence-based care while prioritising patient dignity and safety.
