The Programme Director for Theatre Expansion and Modernisation at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust will lead a significant major programme, focusing on various initiatives including the construction of the new Guys Surgical Hub, refurbishment of existing theatres, and the development of a ventilation strategy. The role encompasses addressing the urgent need for additional theatre capacity and modernizing the current facilities, as indicated by a substantial £100m investment.

The Programme Director will work collaboratively with the Senior Responsible Officer (SRO) and clinical groups to design, deliver, and oversee the programme, ensuring it meets budget and scheduling requirements.
