We're looking for new Trustees to join our Board and help shape our future. You will work closely with our Chair, fellow trustees and the Leadership team to ensure we continue delivering outstanding care and achieving our strategic ambitions. We're particularly keen to hear from people with skills and experience in clinical, estates and/or commercial business, to strengthen the breadth of expertise on our Board.
If you're interested in becoming a Trustee but don't yet have governance experience, you may be a great fit for our Associate Trustee role. Associate Trustees play an active role in Board discussions but don't carry the legal responsibilities of a full Trustee or have voting rights. Over 12 months, you will receive mentoring and support to develop your skills, with the aim of becoming a full Trustee in the future.
