The Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals for the role of Bowel Cancer Screening Administrator and Helpline Operative (BCSP) at Queen's Medical Centre (QMC). This position plays a crucial role in the national Bowel Cancer Screening Programme, which invites individuals aged 50-74 to participate in screenings, aiming to significantly increase early detection rates of bowel issues and cancers. The role involves diverse responsibilities across three areas: administrative tasks such as booking clinic appointments and sending out test kits, providing support and information via a national helpline, and assisting with laboratory practices regarding sample handling.
