Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly motivated Admin Assistant to support its Community Heart Failure Team. The successful candidate will perform various administrative tasks, assisting heart failure specialist nurses and consultants in delivering patient care across acute, community, and virtual ward settings. Responsibilities include typing reports, managing appointments, handling inquiries from patients and healthcare professionals, maintaining stock control, and implementing administrative procedures. The role demands a flexible, proactive individual with strong communication skills and proficient IT literacy who can thrive both in a team environment and independently.

This position is part of a dynamic service operating seven days a week, aimed at providing rapid assessment and hospital admission avoidance for patients with heart failure. The role offers the opportunity to be part of an established team dedicated to continuous quality improvement, contributing to timely and evidence-based treatment. Applicants should be prepared for additional training as needed, and the vacancy will close once sufficient applications are received.
