City Health Care Partnership have a vacancy for 2 x part time experienced Band 6 Specialist Practitioners within the Yorkshire Fatigue ME/CFS Service.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic specialist clinical practitioner to join our team and work as a specialist autonomous practitioner as part of a cohesive, mutual supportive multidisciplinary team, assessing, diagnosing and treating patients within The York, North Yorkshire, North Lincs and North-East Lincs geographical areas.
The service is based at York Eco Business Centre The working pattern will be negotiable.
