Devon Partnership NHS Trust is seeking Specialist Occupational Therapists for its Devon-wide Specialist Health Community Learning Disability Service, specifically for positions in Tiverton and other locations. The roles, either full-time or part-time, are newly created due to service restructuring and are designed for individuals looking to enhance their skills in supporting adults with learning disabilities who have complex needs. Responsibilities include assessing and delivering specialist Occupational Therapy interventions to promote engagement in meaningful activities and improve well-being, as well as providing clinical supervision to junior staff.

Candidates should possess experience managing a diverse caseload of adults with severe learning disabilities and demonstrate expertise in evidence-based assessment and treatment, particularly in sensory processing. The roles require strong communication and leadership skills to actively contribute to the development of the Occupational Therapy service. Given the extensive geographical area involved, a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are essential.
