The Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Speech and Language Therapy Family Service Manager for their Children's Speech and Language Therapy team in Leicester, at a Band 8A full-time capacity. The role involves jointly leading a team of therapists and support staff, collaborating with another Family Service Manager and the Service Clinical Lead to ensure high-quality, evidence-based interventions for children with various speech, language, communication, eating, and drinking needs. Key responsibilities include overseeing performance, quality, safety, and financial accountability, while fostering effective communication and partnerships with stakeholders and the wider leadership team.
