St Barnabas Hospices is seeking a dedicated Senior Therapy Technician to join their expanding team in Worthing, where they provide support to palliative care patients in both inpatient and community settings, including the Living Well Service. The role involves assessing and treating patients individually and in groups, leading therapy sessions under supervision, and managing a small outpatient caseload. Additionally, the technician will be responsible for monitoring and progressing patient treatments within established guidelines, assisting in the triage of referrals, and contributing to the training and development of junior therapy staff.

The Senior Therapy Technician will also perform administrative tasks to ensure the efficient functioning of the therapy team, including managing stock and supplies of mobility aids. Overall, the position requires a proactive individual who can engage with patients effectively while supporting the broader goals of the hospice’s therapy services.
