The South Tyneside and Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical Outcome Secretary for their Sunderland Integrated Musculoskeletal Service (SIMS), which specializes in treating musculoskeletal conditions through a multidisciplinary approach. The role involves managing the Clinic on the Day process within the Division of Community. Key responsibilities include typing clinic letters, uploading them into the Medisec system, negotiating and booking patient appointments and diagnostic investigations, and ensuring real-time validation of patient pathways.

The position offers part-time hours of 29.5 per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The Clinical Outcome Secretary will work alongside General Medical Secretaries and will need to liaise effectively with staff regarding patient pathways and appointments. Candidates should be aware that this role does not qualify for Skilled Worker Sponsorship.
