The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) is seeking three temporary Media and Campaigns Officers in Newcastle upon Tyne to support its media and communications efforts during team members' absences. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in communication, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and experience in creating engaging content and executing communication strategies. The roles involve collaborating with senior management, providing expert advice, developing rapid response social media capabilities, and coordinating media relations and campaigns that align with NHSBSA’s business objectives.

Key responsibilities include building relationships with various stakeholders, writing press releases and external publications, managing crisis communications, and implementing high-quality external communication campaigns. Successful applicants will also utilize data-driven insights to guide campaign strategies, ensure cohesive communication efforts across the team, and foster a supportive, inclusive work environment while adhering to NHSBSA policies.
