The Staff Wellbeing Lead at the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust will play a crucial role in developing and executing the Trust's Health and Wellbeing Strategy aimed at enhancing the health and wellbeing of staff. This position involves collaborating with managers and staff to implement initiatives that improve staff experience, providing leadership for the Staff Wellbeing Service, and ensuring high-quality practice to deliver meaningful vocational outcomes. The lead will be responsible for clinical and professional governance, conduct thorough evaluations of services, and develop proactive interventions based on data-driven insights.

In addition to overseeing the wellbeing service, the Staff Wellbeing Lead will undertake specialist vocational assessments and provide expert advice across various disciplines. The role includes the promotion of a trusting organisational culture that prioritizes staff wellbeing, executing research to inform initiatives, and collaborating with external partners to enhance the impact of wellbeing campaigns. Working autonomously, the lead will also manage caseloads, conduct risk assessments, and maintain effective communication with service users and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring care delivery is both effective and compliant with Trust and national standards.
