Peninsula Dental Social Enterprise CIC is seeking enthusiastic and forward-thinking dentists to join their growing team in Plymouth, with plans to expand into a new Dental Education Practice (DEP) in the city center. This unique role involves providing high-quality NHS dental services within a multidisciplinary, innovative clinical setting, which will include urgent care and general and specialist dentistry. Dentists will have the opportunity to work closely with university dental staff, support student learning, and engage in leadership and clinical development, with funding available for postgraduate training.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree, GDC registration, and demonstrable experience in an NHS practice. The role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in IT systems. Additionally, the position promotes professional development, with an emphasis on teamwork, organisation, and adherence to clinical governance and safety standards. Normal working hours are Monday to Friday, with possible adjustments based on business needs, and all team members are expected to support equality in the workplace.
