The Walton Centre NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical Effectiveness Manager to join their dynamic Clinical Effectiveness Team within the Division of Neurosurgery, Pain, Critical Care, Anaesthetics, and Neuropathology in Liverpool. The successful candidate will possess strong organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to build effective working relationships across various teams. Key responsibilities include leading clinical audits, facilitating training sessions, managing compliance with NICE guidance, and providing data to national registries.

In this role, the Clinical Effectiveness Manager will support the Clinical Effectiveness Lead and oversee the administrative team while ensuring adherence to Trust policies and assisting with change management initiatives. The position requires a detail-oriented individual who can prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure, contributing to the overall improvement of clinical services within the Trust.
