The University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust is seeking a full-time Band 2 Support Medical Secretary for their Dermatology Directorate. The role entails providing administrative and secretarial support to the Medical Secretaries and Reception Team, with responsibilities including managing correspondence, maintaining patient records, and assisting with the organisation of clinics. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, flexible, and able to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment, demonstrating strong communication and IT skills. Preference will be given to internal staff and those with relevant experience. Candidates are expected to adhere to Trust policies, prioritize patient welfare, and maintain confidentiality. The position is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, under the guidance of clinical and administrative leaders.
