Knowle House Surgery in Plymouth is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Operational Administrator to join their innovative GP practice, serving approximately 13,500 patients. This hybrid role includes responsibilities in both reception and administrative tasks, such as supporting patients with appointments, managing online consultations for the triage doctor, and processing daily correspondence through their clinical system. The position requires a keen attention to detail, good customer service skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

The role entails working part-time on Mondays and Wednesdays from 07:30 to 18:30, totaling 22 hours per week. Key responsibilities include handling general inquiries, explaining procedures, managing patient registrations, communicating test results accurately, and maintaining a clean work environment. The successful candidate will also participate in practice training and be involved in various administrative tasks to ensure the efficient running of the practice, with an emphasis on patient safety and adherence to NHS protocols.
