This role involves providing high-quality holistic nursing care to patients under the supervision of leg ulcer nurses and clinical leads. The Healthcare Assistant will work in both community and clinic settings, performing a range of clinical procedures such as wound care, patient assessments, and health screenings. Responsibilities also include assisting with personal care, delivering health education, and maintaining accurate records to support patient care.
