You will be expected to be a highly organised and detail-oriented. You will have excellent writing skills and be able to produce high-quality letters to GPs and other medical professionals, as well as manage the administrative tasks associated with this busy role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Write letters to GPs and other medical professionals to a high standard, ensuring that they are accurate, informative, and professional.
  • Manage the electronic filing of documents and email correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
  • Be a part of the team that delivers the ADHD360 culture

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Excellent writing skills
  • Ability to produce high-quality, well structured letters to medical professionals.
  • Competent and confident with computers but not limited to MS Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent organisation skills and an ability to manage own workload in a timely manner
  • An ability to work on own initiative yet be a key part of a team
  • Be a natural problem solver
  • Positive outlook and an ability to work well under pressure
