An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Physiotherapist to join the Cardiology Pathway in the CCCS (Critical Care, Cardiac and Surgery ) Team based at the BRI.
You will be Cardiology Team lead Physiotherapist within the BHI, working closely with the Team Lead Occupational Therapist and contribute to the other pathways within the CCCS Team. You will work across the teams to provide a seven day a week service to our patients We are looking for an innovative, inclusive leader who is passionate about delivering a service which is patient centred and ensures patients receive the right care at the right time in the right place.
The post holder will work closely with the Cardiac pathway lead and Physiotherapy Clinical Specialist and CCCS Band 7s to provide a high quality patient centred service to patients and jointly manage a large team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Therapy Technicians.
We are looking for an individual who has advanced skills, can treat and manage complex patients and who is confident to challenge current practice and ensure that our patients receive up-to-date evidence based treatments
The successful candidate will contribute to the weekend and bank holiday rota.
