The Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking Crisis Intervention Practitioners (Band 6 to Band 7) to join their Mindworks Crisis Intervention Service in Redhill. Candidates should be registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN), Social Workers, or Occupational Therapists with experience in working with children and young people in crisis. The role involves leading assessments and care planning, providing crisis interventions, and facilitating safe discharges from acute settings, while offering follow-up care in the community. The team operates seven days a week, with varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Successful candidates will support junior staff, ensure high-quality care, and contribute to service development by managing performance indicators and data collection. Professional development opportunities include training in crisis intervention and dialectical behavior therapy. The positions come with a £3,000 "Golden Hello" payment for external applicants, and career progression is structured with recognized training packages available.
