The Person To succeed as a Radiographer you will have;
High levels of technical knowledge and the ability to work quickly and accurately, with a great eye for detailA caring nature - to see each patient as an individual and carry out this role with understanding and empathyA BSC degree in diagnostic radiography or equivalent to meet the registration requirements of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)A postgraduate qualification in an area of specialisationRadiation Protection Supervisor training and/ or qualification are desirablePost registration experience relevant to the roleExcellent communication and team working abilities Helping you feel good. We have 3 main theatres - 2 laminar flow and 1 digital, a fully JAG accredited endoscopy suite, a 35-bedded ward with one 4 bedded bay and one 2 bedded bay. Our outpatients department has 12 consulting rooms with a dedicated ophthalmology suite and ENT service. We carry out treatment under a range of specialities including Orthopaedics, Plastic Surgery and Neurosurgery.
