We, in the Neurodevelopmental Conditions Service (NDC), have a reputation for dynamic and research led practice, and are looking for an excellent administrator to join our team.
As a service we work closely with Oxford University to lead on research opportunities. With the support of NHS England the NDC service are currently developing a new diagnostic ASD Adolescent assessment tool. This post will provide the opportunity for a highly motivated candidate to experience working in an established administrative team, while working alongside the clinical team.
The wellbeing of our Administrative and Clinical staff is top of our agenda; we have an active Wellbeing Team and regular opportunities for staff support. We have a strong ethos of collaboration, shared reflection and team working.
The CAMHS NDC team strongly believes that the context of the young person is fundamental to working with complexities and transdiagnostic presentation. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to support the admin team and clinical team, to offer the highest standard of care to the families and young people.
You will provide administrative support to the CAMHS NDC service. This will include day-to-day organisation of systems to ensure the smooth running of the office, diary and post management, taking and typing minutes and other clerical duties. Additionally, you will facilitate good communication and liaison with patients and their families, colleagues within the Trust and across other organisations. You will also be responsible for maintaining databases by collecting and inputting of data relating to Team activity and reporting information as necessary.
