- Providing strong leadership and relationship management to and collaborating withpartners, commissioners and stakeholders across agencies at national, regional and local levels to deliver excellent public health outcomesthrough the Immunisation services
- Subject matter and programme management expertise to develop strong service delivery and transformation & leadership to support the strategic direction of s7A immunisation programmes, in immunisation programmes and deputising for the HoPCHC who has responsibility for CHIS
- Commissioning Public Health immunisation services - working with providers of services to support and develop their delivery of services, taking into account both programme needs and local population needs, especially with regard to health inequalities, taking action to work with partners to address unwarranted variation or poor performance
- Delivering on specific programmes or projects such as pathway reviews, service improvement initiatives, procurement, mobilisation/implementation, evaluation of services. In particular, leading developments in the data processes that support the imms catch up objectives - working in particular with imms providers, ICBs, local authorities and data analyst teams
- Working within governance frameworks both across and within organisations, including risk management, financial budgetary management, effective stakeholder management, briefing of senior colleagues, resolution of conflict, escalation processes. Contribute to directorate business planning for imms. Monitoring of delivery against the plan, with the ability to re-focus and reprioritise at pace
