Kiltearn Medical Centre is seeking 2-3 enthusiastic and proactive Care Navigators to join their friendly team in Nantwich. The role involves providing exceptional customer service and care navigation to patients, which includes answering phones, arranging appointments, liaising with healthcare professionals, and managing patient records. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, be computer literate, and thrive in a busy reception environment, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to multi-task. Previous experience in a busy office setting is advantageous.

The Care Navigators will be responsible for maintaining confidentiality, assisting with prescription management, conveying test results, and ensuring a positive patient experience both in person and over the phone. The position demands reliability, a compassionate demeanor, and the ability to work under pressure while following practice policies. Additionally, the role includes various administrative tasks such as managing correspondence and maintaining cleanliness in the reception area, contributing to the overall effectiveness and reputation of the practice.
