Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals for the role of Band 6 Occupational Therapist in Winchester. This position involves a 9-month rotational scheme across various clinical areas, including emergency care, inpatient rehabilitation, and long-term conditions. Candidates will join a supportive multidisciplinary team, focusing on promoting patient independence through early acute rehabilitation, thorough assessments, and effective discharge planning.

Successful applicants should possess excellent communication skills and relevant clinical experience in acute settings. They will have the opportunity for peer support, regular supervision, and leadership roles in service improvement projects while working a 7-day service schedule that includes some weekends and bank holidays. A driving license or access to a car is required for community visits. The role also allows for flexibility in working arrangements and encourages informal visits to learn more about the team.
