The Learning Support Worker position at Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust involves supporting the Learning & Development team with workforce development and non-mandatory training initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, setting up courses, providing support and advice regarding training, and reporting on training activities.
