Ramsay Health Care UK Operations Limited is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Charge Nurse for the Outpatient & Pre-Assessment team at Glendon Wood Hospital and Woodland Hospital in Kettering. This full-time role involves leading the outpatient team alongside the Outpatient Manager to ensure high standards of clinical care while prioritizing patient safety, dignity, and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will be a registered nurse with leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to maintaining high clinical outcomes and infection control standards.
