NHS Blood & Transplant is seeking a motivated Regional Matron for the North and Central region in Birmingham to join their Nursing Care Quality Team. In this role, the Regional Matron will influence clinical care, lead projects, and support the development of nursing practices within the organisation. Responsibilities include promoting corporate nursing policies, managing Blood Collection teams, evaluating practices to implement quality improvements, providing expert nursing advice, and ensuring accountability for professional and educational standards across the region. The position offers opportunities for clinical leadership, flexible working, and a focus on professional development.

Candidates are expected to travel throughout the designated region and must demonstrate key personal attributes during the recruitment process.
