The Property and Space Manager at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust (UHBW) is responsible for overseeing all property-related functions, both as a landlord and tenant, while ensuring optimal use of estate space. Reporting to the Associate Director of Capital within the Multi-Disciplinary Estates Team, the role involves high-quality property management, conducting building surveys, interpreting legal documents, and providing expert guidance on acquisitions, disposals, and lease renewals.

Additionally, the manager will supervise estate works, maintain comprehensive property records, coordinate budget estimates for capital projects, and negotiate legal contracts related to property management. The role includes strategic responsibilities for land ownership and a focus on developing a proactive Trust property strategy for effective space planning and management.
