City Health Care Partnership CIC is seeking a Part-Time Band 3 Senior Admin Assistant for their Speech and Language Therapy team in Hull. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative support, working collaboratively within a team, and may include overseeing junior staff. Key responsibilities include managing patient inquiries, referrals, appointment bookings, diary management, minute-taking, filing, coordinating meetings, and assisting with performance reporting.

Candidates must demonstrate strong communication and IT skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously. The position requires support to the Speech and Language Therapy Operations Manager and other clinical leaders, with a current working schedule of Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
