The Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an inspirational and motivated Ward Manager to lead the Leslie Smith ward at the Intermediate Care Unit in Bognor Regis. This role involves overseeing the general management of the ward, ensuring safe patient care through assessment, development, implementation, and evaluation of care programs while supervising and deploying the multidisciplinary team. The Ward Manager will also provide direct patient care when necessary, act as a deputy for the Locality Matron, maintain appropriate staffing levels, and manage the ward on a shift basis.
