The Haxby Group in Hull is seeking a Patient Services Advisor to join their Patient Services Team. This role involves assisting and directing patients in accessing healthcare services, both in person and over the phone, while ensuring excellent communication and empathy. Responsibilities include managing appointments, handling telephone calls, processing prescriptions, and performing various administrative tasks to support the practice's smooth operation.
