MENTAL HEALTHNHSPENSION
Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join their Staff Support service in Norwich at an 8a level. This newly created position will involve providing specialized mental health support to the organisation's staff who are facing various psychological challenges, often related to workplace incidents. The role entails direct clinical care, governance of psychological practice, supervision of team members, and involvement in specialized clinical work, including assessment and training initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, contribute to staff development, and participate in research and service enhancement.
