The Band 5 Community Speech and Language Therapist position with Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust offers an exciting opportunity for both newly qualified and more experienced speech and language therapists to join a supportive Learning Disability Speech and Language Therapy team. The role involves working across Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland, where you will provide care to individuals with learning disabilities and communication difficulties in various settings, including homes and day services.

In this role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participate in urgent communication assessments, and help develop training for others. You will be responsible for managing your own workload while receiving supervision and support, with opportunities for professional development and special interests. The team promotes wellbeing through regular activities and offers flexible working policies, free parking, and uniforms.
