We are looking for a proactive Service Support Partner to join our Operational Excellence Division within the Premises Sub-Division. This role will focus on maintaining divisional trackers, planners, and regulatory databases, ensuring alignment with wider organisational goals. You will also provide executive assistant support, including inbox and calendar management, meeting coordination, and administrative assistance. Key responsibilities include supporting commissioning and mobilisation efforts, regulatory compliance, planned preventative maintenance, and purchasing administration.
Inspire change, drive sustainability and empower success through effective coordination and impactful decision-making
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office tools and adaptable to other software like Monday.com and MS Teams. Knowledge of treatment centre operations is desirable but not required. You will support Net Zero initiatives, coordinate team travel, and manage visitor logistics. Strong communication and decision-making skills are essential for success in this role. This role requires flexibility and a willingness to travel to various UK centres as and when required.
