North and West AMHT have an opportunity for a Band 6 RMN to be part of the integral Treatment function.
The post holder will need to be able to travel around the county, to offer interventions to patients and carers. The area is quite rural with limited public transport, so access to transport is essential.

You will be supported by an experienced leadership team from across the professions who facilitate forums for Nursing and Occupational Therapists and hold your development as central.
Our AMHT provide an assessment and treatment function and the staff working within the team work on a rota covering shifts from 07.00 to 21.00 (7 days/week).The successful candidate will be required to work mainly 9-5 Monday to Friday however there is an expectation that there is flexibility to cover the out of hours shifts when required.
The team are working using the FACT model of care. There are daily triage meetings with all members of the MDT (Doctors, social workers, nurses, occupational therapists and psychologists).
