The Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a dynamic Business Architect to join their newly established Enterprise Architecture function within the Digital Services team. This role focuses on creating scalable and future-proof solutions to align business strategies with digital initiatives, playing a crucial role in the trust's digital transformation efforts. Key responsibilities include:

- Collaborating closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment of digital strategies with business objectives.
- Designing and developing business architectures to enhance operational efficiency and support digital initiatives.
- Engaging with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide architectural guidance.
- Leading and managing a team of Business Analysts to improve operations and maturity of the function.
- Defining current and future enterprise capabilities, as well as value streams and user journeys.
- Driving innovation through the implementation of emerging technologies.
- Establishing governance standards for architectural consistency across projects.
- Developing architectural roadmaps for guiding the organisation’s digital journey.

Desired qualifications include proven experience in business architecture, knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (such as TOGAF), strong analytical and communication skills, and leadership capabilities. Relevant certifications in business architecture are a plus.
