The Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a dynamic Business Architect to join their newly established Enterprise Architecture function within the Digital Services team. This role focuses on creating scalable and future-proof solutions to align business strategies with digital initiatives, playing a crucial role in the trust's digital transformation efforts. - Capabilities:Take ownership for understanding our as-is enterprise capabilities and helping to define our to-be capabilities as well as value streams and Patient / User journeys.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business architecture, preferably within a digital services environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and digital technologies.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse complex business problems and develop strategic solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
