Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Paediatric Dietitian to join their rotational programme within a large, diverse dietetic department. The role involves providing high-quality nutritional care to paediatric patients aged from birth to 19 years across various clinical areas, including metabolic medicine, oncology, and gastroenterology. The successful candidate will manage a caseload under the supervision of Specialist Dietitians, develop educational resources, and collaborate closely with technicians and other healthcare professionals to enhance nutritional management.

Candidates should possess post-registration experience in general dietetics, along with strong communication and organisational skills. Proficiency in Excel and Word is required. The role includes assessing patients' nutritional needs to inform dietary interventions, as well as teaching and training other staff on nutrition-related topics. The position adheres to the standards and procedures set by the Health Professions Council, ensuring the delivery of a comprehensive dietetic service for both inpatients and outpatients.
