The Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner to join their dedicated team on the general surgery ward (B1) at Salford Care Organisation. This ward provides inpatient care for emergency and elective surgical procedures, featuring 18 beds in various configurations. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in a high-care environment, be registered with the NMC, and demonstrate high standards of patient care through evidence-based practices. The role involves supporting the Ward Manager, managing patient flow, and ensuring a collaborative team environment while adhering to NMC guidelines.
