The NHS Devon Integrated Care Board is looking for a "People Pathway Enablement Manager" to support the establishment and operational management of two new Learning Disability and Autistic Mental Health Inpatient Units in Devon and Bristol. This role involves ensuring efficient patient flow in accordance with the Southwest Regional Front Door protocol, collaborating with various professionals, including clinicians and social care providers, to facilitate seamless care pathways from referral to post-treatment follow-up. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating multidisciplinary efforts, managing patient communications and support, and monitoring compliance with service standards and performance targets.

The position requires strong collaborative skills, effective communication, and the ability to work flexibly across different teams.
