Band 5: £29,970 to £36,483 a year pa/pr  PERMANENT 
The FREDIE Project Officer at City Health Care Partnership CIC in Hull will play a key role in promoting the principles of fairness, respect, equality, diversity, inclusion, and engagement (FREDIE) throughout the organisation. The position requires strong communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders, facilitate meetings and training, and generate reports. The candidate will manage administrative staff, allocate tasks, and foster their development while supporting colleagues from minority or marginalized groups in line with the Equality Act 2010. This part-time role (22.5 hours per week) involves planning and organizing FREDIE-related projects and events, with flexibility in scheduling as needed.

As the role evolves with the growing focus on equality, the officer will lead initiatives to champion FREDIE principles, enhance staff network groups, and coordinate engagement activities. The position is newly established and is expected to expand in line with increasing commitments to the equality agenda within the organisation.
