The Gamma Knife Coordinator at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust will play a pivotal role in the multi-disciplinary team at the Bristol Gamma Knife unit. This position involves managing administrative and clerical tasks such as coordinating patient bookings from Bristol and other centers, maintaining patient documentation, and managing databases under clinical supervision. The coordinator will be a key contact for patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals, facilitating the entire patient journey from referral through treatment and follow-up.

The role requires close collaboration with team members to ensure efficient patient throughput, especially as the Gamma Knife Centre expands its services. The post holder will receive training and support from existing coordinators and radiographers, contributing to the delivery of specialized radiotherapy for various patient populations, including those with cancer.
