Job description
As a Maintenance Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help to create the safe and attractive surroundings that enable us to give our residents the quality care and support they deserve. The role offers a variety of tasks focused on keeping the home maintained to the highest standards.
The Maintenance Assistant will undertake a range of tasks to ensure the building and grounds are well-maintained, including property maintenance, keeping the home in good condition, and creating a safe and attractive environment for the residents.

The role of Maintenance Assistant offers plenty of variety as you'll undertake a range of tasks to make sure our building and grounds are at their best all day, every day.
ABOUT YOUYou'll need some experience of property maintenance to join us as a Maintenance Assistant. We'll also want to see a patient, caring nature and a genuine interest in our residents. As well as that, you should be reliable and ready to turn your hand to a range of tasks all focused on keeping the home maintained to the highest standards.
