DCHS is a forward-thinking, supportive Trust, who are a UNICEF Baby-Friendly accredited organisation and achieved Outstanding CQC status in 2.
The 0-19 Children's Service was awarded DCHS team of the year in 2.
Working in a rural community you will find that there are lots of opportunities for developing public health work with communities and partner agencies, as well as delivering the core contacts within the Healthy Child Programme.
The right candidates will hold the SCPHN qualification in Health Visiting and the V100 and be an innovative and dynamic team players who are looking for a new challenge.
The base for this post is in Glossop however the team covers the whole of the North High Peak area. This is a rural location and requires travelling across the locality. Training days are sometimes in other parts of Derbyshire.
Thee are various posts with a minimum of 22.5 hours per week.
