The role of "Lead Pharmacist for Clinical Haematology & Anticoagulation" at Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust in London involves leading and enhancing clinical pharmacy services specifically focused on haematology and anticoagulation at Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
