The role of Administration Assistant - Development at Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust in Worcester involves providing administrative support to the Neighbourhood Mental Health Team. This part-time position requires 30 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility available.

Key responsibilities include maintaining patient records, general office tasks such as typing and filing, scheduling appointments, handling correspondence and queries from various stakeholders, and assisting with various administrative duties. While prior NHS experience is not mandatory, a strong passion for patient care and effective communication skills are essential.
