The Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a qualified or soon-to-be-qualified Therapy Radiographer to join its Northern Centre for Cancer Care (NCCC) at Freeman Hospital. The successful candidate will work within a state-of-the-art radiotherapy department, utilizing advanced technology such as Novalis Truebeam and Tomotherapy units. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality radiotherapy procedures, conducting imaging and treatment planning, and ensuring technical excellence in patient care. The position requires a flexible working approach to accommodate service demands and encourages opportunities for post-graduate study.

The role involves participating in a collaborative multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients and their families, offering specialized information regarding radiotherapy treatments.
