Job Title: NHS 111 Staff Engagement Officer
Location: Derby (with travel to Oldbury and Chesterfield as needed)
Salary: Starting from £29,970

DHU Healthcare is seeking an enthusiastic and resilient individual to join their team as an NHS 111 Staff Engagement Officer. This role focuses on enhancing staff engagement, supporting the NHS 111 service, and contributing to a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between Health Advisors and Management to address team needs and ensure adherence to policies.
- Lead initiatives for mental health improvement, team morale, and share feedback with management.
- Participate in and lead cultural and wellbeing events to enhance the work environment for colleagues.

What your typical day looks like:
- Act as a liaison between Health Advisors and Management to understand team needs and enhance DHU111s potential and ensure that DHU policies and procedures are followed.
- Serves as the main contact for mental health improvement, morale-boosting activities, and feedback sharing with management.
- Part of a vibrant, diverse, and dynamic team at Orbis engaging in cultural, health, and wellbeing events, participating in celebratory activities and innovative initiatives.
- Focused on enhancing the work life, environment, and development of colleagues at the Advice Centre.
