Salary: Starting from £29,970

Overview:
DHU Healthcare is seeking an enthusiastic and resilient individual to join their team as an NHS 111 Staff Engagement Officer. This role focuses on enhancing staff engagement, supporting the NHS 111 service, and contributing to a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between Health Advisors and Management to address team needs and ensure adherence to policies.
  • Lead initiatives for mental health improvement, team morale, and share feedback with management.
  • Participate in and lead cultural and wellbeing events to enhance the work environment for colleagues.

  • Positive and innovative mindset, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage expectations.
  • Organized and self-motivated, with effective time management skills.
  • Experience in cross-department collaboration.
