The South Tyneside and Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a part-time (22.5 hours) Band 3 Administration Assistant, referred to as a Scheduling Coordinator, to support the Community Continence team in Hebburn on a temporary basis. The role involves providing essential administrative functions, interacting with clinical and administrative staff, and managing a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include updating patient details in the clinical records system (EMIS), handling telephone inquiries, processing supply orders, and ensuring efficient communication across staff groups.

Candidates must possess strong communication skills, excellent organisational abilities, and proficiency in keyboarding and software applications. The working days for this role are Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The role focuses on coordinating scheduling processes, adhering to Trust policies and national performance targets, and contributing to the development of the clinical service.
