Akari Care Limited is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant for daytime shifts in Fairfield. In this role, you will contribute to the wellbeing of residents by providing outstanding, personalized care in collaboration with colleagues. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities such as personal care and meal support, as well as engaging with residents to ensure they feel valued and respected. Candidates should possess good communication skills, a kind nature, and the ability to adapt to changing situations.

The position offers a competitive salary of £12.02 per hour, a 3% employer pension contribution, and various benefits including flexible working hours, training opportunities, and 28 days of annual leave (pro-rated for part-time).
